We are kind of hard to find.
On First Avenue there is an old fashioned theater, complete with a marquis, called the Panida Theater. You need to drive down the hill in between the Panida Theater and Zero Point, and then turn left at the bottom of the hill and drive directly behind the Panida. We are in the parking lot facing Sand Creek.
